Shipping & Handling
We begin to process your order once we receive cleared payment. Upon successful payment your order is then processed with out fulfillment center. Fulfillment typically takes 2-5 business days, but may be longer or shorter depending on demand. Once fulfillment is complete your item typically will arrive between 7-18 business days, though we anticipate it will arrive sooner.
Common reasons for delays include, but are not limited to:
- Problems with print or embroidery files that cause your order to be held and add to the fulfillment time.
- Temporary product stock issues.
- Shipping delays, like missed delivery attempts, bad weather, or carrier disruptions.
Changes & Cancellations
Because your items are made to order, we encourage you to ensure that you intend to purchase the item to prevent delays and reduce overhead costs. That said, we understand you may change your mind or need to make changes, in that case we ask that you please notify us within 24hrs. of submitting an order. Once your order reaches “Being fulfilled” or “Fulfilled” status with our fulfillment center, we cannot process any changes or cancellations.
Returns
If there’s a problem with an order—like a manufacturing error or a damaged item please contact us immediately to review your options. If you ordered the wrong size, picked the wrong item, or simply doesn’t want it anymore, returns or exchanges are on a case-by-case basis. We HIGHLY encourage you to review your order before you submit it for processing and to avoid lengthy bank holds on any refunds you may be issued should we elect to issue a refund or replacement.
